Ir receiver VS ir learner and ir sender

This post is to ask about two things
First: Whis is the difference betwen an ir receiver and an ir learner?
Second: is not possible to send irCodes from AnalyseIR with an arduino?

Yes, only the first post for every user needs to be approved. After that it is OK.

Ok, thanks for the answer on the other post i was not able to find something easy to understand in google without knowing how it works.
Please delete this post and unlock the other one, because I think will probably help others (and only an appointment, arduino can´t send codes from AnalyseIR using your firmware, can it?)
I have to say that im really hyped with the program and i will finaly end up buing it, looks pretty!
