For 25 degC

Binary: 1001 =9

9+15=25

FYI: usually I ssee this number added to 16DegC.
So make sure you are recording correctly. Set temp to 15 and then record when you press temp+.....etc
(Some of your numbers look 1 degC out based on the rule above.

That's exactly what I did.
I went down to the minimum temperature and then I was raising the temperature from 1 to 1.
Only the change in temperature is recorded. :?
