super...I will look into this later...it would explain why it is so difficult to guess...tnx

Re: Italian EMMETI AC (protocol GREE)
The signals starting with 0x8 are all on-hot-fan-auto. so why not create a set of signals with just on- cold -fan-auto ...with the temperature going from 16->30 degC and another set with on- cold-fan3 ......with the temperature going from 16->30 degC That might provide some further clues, provided o...

Re: Italian EMMETI AC (protocol GREE)
Sending a gree signal, cleaned with AnalysIR should work OK - many users have reported success.
Search for Gree in this forum.
To help, you will need to post details about:
- your platform
- IR LED driver circuit
- sketch
- photo of your wiring
- etc

Re: Italian EMMETI AC (protocol GREE)
Sorry -the Gree checksum has been very hard to figure out & we have not be able to determine it yet. None of our users have reported it solved yet. I will cover other issues in the next post. related discussion https://irforum.analysir.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=534&p=9677 Other Notes: - us...

Re: Raw data unrecognized by air conditioner
Most if not all AC remotes usually dont know the status of the AC Unit.
That is why they send the full configuration in every IR signal and thus the very long signals.
(In case a previous signal was not received)

Re: Raw data unrecognized by air conditioner
Great news...glad it is working for you
It would be helpful if you could upload a complete set of signals from your remote, as follows:
- each temperature from 16-30 degC
- 2 captures from each of the buttons
It would also help to identify each signal....tnx

Re: Raw data unrecognized by air conditioner
Yes it all looks good.
96 bits of data = 8Bytes
I dont have enough info for the carrier frequency, but 38kHz is typical for 90%+ of AC units.
Just try sendRAW and post back if it works or not.

Re: Raw data unrecognized by air conditioner
Yes they look a lot better. Stick with 5V if you are using an Arduino UNO. Did you try sending the signals using sendRAW ? Please post the make/model# of the AirCon unit and the remote. PS: see this blog post which may be of interest/relevance https://www.analysir.com/blog/2014/03/27/infrared-receiv...

Re: Raw data unrecognized by air conditioner
Obviously 115200/Test1 is the correct version...ignore TEST2/9600 Some of the signals you are capturing look like complete signals. However, there seems to be an issue with your IR receiver. Please post the make & model # (+link) of your IR receiver and how you have it wired up. Your IR receiver...
