I will email you a sketch directly that should work OK for Moteino, but without the option of carrier frequency.

It looks like the motion is a standard atmega328P @16Mhz. Therefore it should run our AnalysIR firmware OK, provided the sketch is compiled with the Arduino IDE. The SRAM shouldn't be an issue, as we reserve most of it for storing the signals.

use 2 transistors(or relays) which are controlled by 2 arduino pins depending on which one is being used. The transistor or relay can then control the +5V to the IR led.
