usb ir toy did not send

Hi,
i have a problem with my usb ir toy. when i try to send my received LG AC code, it did not send. the led on the ir toy blinks, but i can not see anything at the ir led on the toy with my cellphone camera. I use analysir on win7, ir toy version is v2.
I try to download the irtoy.exe, but i can not find it.

I believe the download package is available here:

Unfortunately, the support for the IR Toy is not very active from the original designers.
