I decided to quit fighting with the IR Toy and get the Learn IR device.

It seems that I fumbled around, trying various things, and NOW IR Toy v2.2 is working. I guess it's an example of how the Bumble Bee, not being aware that it is aerodynamically not properly designed, flys any way.
Or as the saying goes. . ."I've not it, now tell me how to let it go"
